Recipe for anti-toxin juice for cancer patients




The following are the key ingredients:

Carrot - 3
Beetroot - 1
Cucumber - 1, Celery ( if available)
Bottle gourd - 1/3rd OR WHITE PUMPKIN  OR WATERMELON
Gooseberry - 6
Pomogranate - 1  ( just peel the outer, and add the entire balance in)
Apple - 1
Orange - 1 ( Can be substuted with Mosambi if available)
Lemon - 2
Turmeric fresh - 1 inch
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Berries - strawberry, blue berry, kiwi etc... whatever is available ( best source of anti-oxidant)

It is OK if you miss some of the ingredients, since not everything may be available in all places at all times. There are no side effects of missing out. But it is most effective if all ingredients are in.

Put all of these in a large slow juicer/ juicer/ blender ( more than one shot if required).  DO NOT ADD ANY WATER.

Juice it nicely, filter it. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. CONSUME WITHIN 1 HOUR. Ideally, it should give minimum five glasses of juice. Drink it, first thing in the morning, on empty stomach, at least one and half hours BEFORE any food or drink, for the anti-toxins to work. Be prepared to pass urine generously, after consumption

Best done, twice a day.  For the second helping, ingredients can be lesser, and. quantity can be lesser, too, to give about 3 glasses.

Should be consumed ideally upto at least one year after chemo is over. In fact, can be continued in perpetuity, to negate the effects of any oral medications too.

WARNING: For people with other specific ailments ( diabetes etc.) , please check with your dietician on what you need to remove from the list above, for some of these items may be high in sugar, and may not be advisable to one and all. Eg. beet sugar needs to be avoided by diabetics.
