In realms where golden horns gleam bright,
I seek His soothing sight.
Like dewdrops cleansing morning's face,
Grant me, O Lord, your boundless grace.
From sins that cling like shadows dark,
From deeds that leave a scarlet mark,
Wash me clean as wind-swept skies,
Purge the poison from my lies.
Thoughts like serpents, words like thorns,
Deeds that make the angels mourn,
Let Indra's lightning strike them down,
Let Brihaspati's wisdom drown
The folly of my mortal ways,
As Savita ignites new days.
To Agni in the waters deep,
To Indra on his cosmic steep,
To Varuna, lord of the sea,
I bow in humble reverence, free
From pride that blinds, from greed that binds,
Seeking truth that forever shines.
Like rivers rushing to the sea,
May cruelty from my heart flee.
Let overindulgence wane,
Like mist before the morning's reign.
With gentle touch, of Varuna's hand,
Absolve me, help me understand
The unity of all that is,
The source of sorrow and of bliss.
Sinless as a newborn's smile,
Pure as moonbeams on a tile,
Light as feathers in the breeze,
I rise above life's stormy seas.
To heaven's vault, a shimmering dream,
Where oneness flows in golden stream.
O sacred rivers, Ganga's might,
Yamuna's dance in pale moonlight,
Sarasvati's wisdom-laden flow,
Harness your powers, and help me grow.
From Sutlej's strength to Indus' grace,
In your embrace, I find my place.
Truth and cosmic law entwined,
From fiery will and focused mind,
Gave birth to night's star-spangled veil,
And oceans deep where secrets sail.
Time emerged, a spinning wheel,
Days and nights in endless reel.
The Sun and Moon, celestial eyes,
Watch over earth and painted skies.
From heaven's dome to earth's green breast,
All beings blink, all seeking rest
In Varuna's arms, so wide and strong,
Where right dissolves the stains of wrong.
May Vasus' breath like spring's sweet air,
May Varuna's love, beyond compare,
May every force that healing brings,
Purify all creeping things.
For in the midst of joy and strife,
Dwells the Protector of all life.
In realms where worthy souls ascend,
Where golden light and spirit blend,
Beyond death's reach, a shining goal,
There lies the home of every soul.
From earth to sky, a bridge of gold,
Leads to truths as yet untold.
I am the mist, the gleaming light,
The Brahman's song in deepest night.
I am the drop, the cosmic sea,
The boundless self, eternally.
In offering myself to Me,
I find at last that I am free.
From the dust of stars we rise,
With joy we paint the azure skies.
In ocean's roar and eagle's flight,
In dawn's first blush and soft twilight,
The king of worlds his scepter wields,
As life's grand tapestry reveals.
Like a bull both strong and pure,
On wisdom's fleece, forever sure,
The essence of all joy and mirth,
Exalts our souls, reveals our worth.
We are the drop, we are the whole,
In clarity, we find our goal.
